Tell me about your brand.
A short email is all it takes to start. Have a question? Let me know.
If you're emailing
What helps in a first email.
You don't need a deck. A few sentences will do. If you can answer any of these, the first call goes faster. And the call is free.
What you're building.
A line about the brand and what you're trying to do. "Family winery in Ripon, we want a site that doesn't look like every other winery" is plenty to start.
What's broken (or missing).
Say what isn't working. Maybe the site is hard to use on a phone, or there was never really a brand to begin with. If the last agency left partway through, tell me that too.
Timeline, if you have one.
"Soft launch by Q3" or "no deadline, want it done right" both help. I'll tell you if it's realistic.
A rough budget.
You don't need an exact number. "Mid five figures for the build" is enough for me to tell you what I can do for it. Prices are on the services page if you want to look first.
Who sent you.
If a current or former JKCA client sent you, please mention them. It gives me a quicker start.
When I pick up
Pacific time most of the year, Alaska time in summer.
September to May I work from Seal Beach. June to August I work from my family's lodge in Ninilchik, an hour behind. The two places are on the About page.
