The usual questions.
- What does a care plan cover?
- The shop monitors the site, keeps backups and tests that they restore, runs updates, and handles the small fixes. Once a month you get a report in plain English.
- Is there a contract?
- Every plan is month to month, with 30 days notice to stop. Pay for the year and one month is free.
- What about a site that takes orders?
- A store goes on a store plan, which adds daily checks that checkout and payments still work: Store $299 or Store Plus $499 a month for up to 10 products, and Store Scale $799 a month for more products or inventory and marketplace feeds.
- Where do I sign up?
- Pick a plan at care.jkca.studio, or sign in to your portal there if your site is already with the shop.
