How to work with me, and what it costs.

Start with one of five: an audit, a build, a care plan, a partner plan, or hourly work. Web design, brand, photography, video, ecommerce, and SEO all happen inside those.

Pick the one that fits your business today. When you move up, I add to what's already built instead of starting over.

01 · Audit

I look at the business before I build anything.

Paid discovery that covers how your business runs and what your website does.

$3,000 to $5,000

I find out what your team still does by hand, where money is leaking out, and what your website is actually doing for you. You get process maps drawn from calls with you and your staff, the cost of leaving things alone worked out in your own numbers, and a roadmap with the minimum return on each step. If a real operation sits behind the brand (staff, orders, a back office), this is where I start.

02 · Build

I build the site, plus the brand and the store when you need them.

There are six tiers, and I quote by the tier, not by the hour.

$2,500 to $25,000

I build on Astro and host on Cloudflare, on your own domain, with your photographs. If there's a store, it runs on your Stripe account. Brand identity and photography come along when the job needs them.

T1: One-pager; $2,500
T2: Small site, up to five pages; $4,500
T3: Standard, eight to twelve pages; $7,500
T4: Content-heavy: blog, resources, many templates; $12,000
T5: Commerce: Stripe checkout, catalog, billing; $18,000
T6: Flagship; from $25,000

03 · Care

Once it's live, the shop looks after it.

Every site I build goes on a care plan, month to month or by the year.

$69 to $499 a month

The shop monitors the site, keeps backups and tests that they restore, runs updates, and handles the small fixes. Once a month you get a report in plain English. There are four plans, sorted by how much of my time is included: Hosted $69, Cared For $129, Growth $299, and Partner $499 a month. Pay for the year and one month is free.

A site that takes orders goes on a store plan: Store $299 or Store Plus $499 a month, for stores with up to 10 products. The shop checks every day that checkout and payments still work, checks that order emails can reach your customers, keeps shipping and tax settings current, and runs one batch of product and price updates a month. Every plan is month to month, with 30 days notice to stop.

04 · Partner

Hand off the whole brand.

I quote one number for the year, by hand.

From $2,499 a year

That covers brand decisions, the website, the campaigns, and the phone calls about all of it. I take what you spent with the shop last year and spread the same amount over twelve months, so the number comes from your own history. It's open to brands after a year of working together, or after an audit. Most of my long-term clients end up here.

05 · Hourly

Anything your plan doesn't cover is hourly.

If a job will take more than an hour, I quote it before I start.

$225 an hour

Small fixes are part of every care plan. Anything past that is billed at this rate, and if a job will run more than an hour I quote it before I start. Ten hours or more paid up front earns a discount.

What a build can include

What goes into the work.

None of these is a service you buy on its own. Each shows up inside a Build, a Care plan, or a Partner year, scoped to the job.

Web design + dev

I design the site and build it, on Astro and Cloudflare. Check the work page for examples.

Web application dev

I build custom platforms, internal tools, and search systems. Find A Practice, the search platform I built for PatientFi, indexes 7,500 practices across all 50 states, and I ran it for eight years.

Web hosting

The shop hosts the site, manages it, and monitors it, with one operator on call. The site you launch is the site I keep running: no separate hosting vendor, no finger-pointing.

Graphic design

Business cards, menus, brand updates and print, designed to match the site.

Photography

The shop shoots live action, product, and lifestyle photography, so the site, the menu, and the feed all match. I'll happily send portfolios on request.

Video

The shop makes marketing video with a video team I bring in per project. I'll happily send their portfolio on request.

Ecommerce

I set up Stripe checkout, the catalog, shipping, and billing, all on your own Stripe account. That works whether you're selling online for the first time or growing a store you already have. Once it's live, a store care plan checks the checkout every day.

Amazon FBA

I manage the listings and the brand store, set up review capture, and run the ad spend. Jumbo Sunflower Seeds and World Food Products are both on Amazon with the shop.

SEO

Have a question about your site's ranking? Let me know and I'll walk you through it in plain terms. I don't stuff keywords or use tricks.

Marketing

I work out who your market is and put a plan together, using Mailchimp, Google Ads, or both, depending on where the company is. Startups and established companies are both welcome.

Review embeds

I build a custom review feed that pulls your Google, Yelp, OpenTable, and Tripadvisor reviews onto your own site, so guests can read them without clicking away. See it live on J King Neptunes.

Custom integrations

I wire in booking systems, payment processors, geo-mapping, and search platforms, and keep them running after launch. Treebones takes direct bookings through WebRezPro and dinner reservations through Tock. I wired in both.
