Who it is for
The problem, in plain words.
A business owner moving one WordPress site to a new platform on the same domain. Chapters 1 to 3 happen while the old site is still live; Chapter 4 is move day.
WordPress moves usually fail in one of two places. Old page addresses stop working, so visitors and search engines hit errors. Or the website and the mailboxes share a server, someone repoints the domain, and mail stops arriving. Both are preventable with an inventory and a written plan.
When you finish, every old link lands on the right new page and your email works exactly as it did the day before. The rule for the whole move: email first, website second.

Questions
Before you buy.
- Can a move promise my rankings will not change?
- No. Search engines recrawl after a move, and some ups and downs in the first weeks are normal. What you control is whether a dip is short or permanent.
- Is the WordPress export a backup?
- No. Tools, then Export, downloads a content file with posts, pages, comments, menus and categories. It does not contain the media files, theme, plugins and their settings, passwords or form submissions. Take a full backup from the host as well.
- What logins should I have in hand?
- WordPress admin, hosting, the domain registrar, the DNS host if different, your email admin panel, analytics, any payment, booking or newsletter accounts, and Google Search Console with owner access.
